EASTBROOK ATHLETICS

Adjusted Winter Athletic Events Attendance Plan

(Effective 11-12-20)

In the midst of this ever-changing world we live in, the Eastbrook Athletics Department strives to continue providing the maximum amount of opportunities for our student athletes to compete. In an effort to achieve this goal, we must work to minimize the potential risk we currently face.

After evaluating the ongoing situation in our county, it has been determined by the Grant County authorities that we must limit the number of spectators permitted to attend all extra-curricular events. This means only families having members participating in an event may purchase a maximum of two (2) tickets (multiple family participants in an event will not allow for a family to have more than the two (2) allotted tickets). Tickets not purchased by a participant’s family will not be sold to other spectators.

We appreciate the patience and cooperation our communities have shown during these trying times. These guidelines can change at any point and therefore it is imperative for each of us to continue the practice of social distancing and wearing a mask while attending any extra-curricular event at the Eastbrook Schools. By doing this, it will hopefully provide our student athletes with these opportunities to continue competing. We’re grateful for your continued support of our student athletes and the programs they compete in.

Respectfully,

Greg Kyle

Eastbrook Athletic Director
